How to Use

Oral (Swallowed with Water)

• Take 2-6 capsules daily on an empty stomach (30 minutes before meals or before bedtime).

Sublingual (Dissolved in the Mouth)

• Open the capsule and let the contents gradually dissolve in your mouth.
• Absorption takes 5-10 minutes—avoid eating or drinking immediately after for best results.

Topical (For Skin Health)

• Mix the capsule contents with moisture and rub onto the skin.
• Leave for up to 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Storage & Handling

• Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for maximum potency.
• Short-term use: Room temperature is fine.
• Long-term storage: Refrigeration is recommended.
